Creator Network Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Adventures in Orlando managed creator network (the "Network"). By checking the agreement box on the creator application form, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Network is

The Adventures in Orlando creator network is a curated pool of content creators that Adventures in Orlando manages on behalf of local business clients. We recruit and vet creators, then match and propose them to clients for paid and gifted campaigns.

Joining the network does not guarantee work. Being in the network means you may be considered for opportunities — it does not create a contract, employment relationship, or promise of compensation.

2. Brand pitch authorization

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Adventures in Orlando to share your profile information, including your name, social media handles, audience details, category focus, and rate expectations, with prospective business clients for the purpose of evaluating potential collaborations. This may also include your profile photo, creator images, or likeness as part of a media kit or roster presented to prospective brand partners.

Adventures in Orlando will not share your personal contact information (email, phone) with clients without your prior consent on a per-campaign basis.

You may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal removes you from active consideration but does not delete your application record.

3. Your profile information

You represent that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you. You agree to notify us if your social handles, contact information, or rates change materially.

4. Campaigns and compensation

Compensation terms, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights for any specific campaign are agreed separately, per campaign, before work begins. These network terms do not establish compensation for any specific engagement.

Adventures in Orlando may receive a management fee from clients for placing and managing creator campaigns. This does not reduce the agreed creator compensation.

5. Content and conduct

You agree to represent partner brands accurately and in good faith during any campaign you accept. Fraudulent claims about audience size, engagement, or prior brand relationships may result in removal from the network.

6. Removal from the network

Adventures in Orlando may remove any creator from active consideration at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Creators may request removal at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new version date. Continued participation after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
