Disney Springs is the easiest Disney Christmas you can have: no park ticket, and the Christmas Tree Stroll is free. Here's what to do in 2026.
The Christmas Tree Stroll
Dates: November 11, 2026 through January 3, 2027.
Decorated trees inspired by Disney stories are spread all around Disney Springs. Pick up a map, find the trees, add the matching stickers, and turn your finished map in for a small surprise. Disney says maps and prizes are limited.
New in 2026: Trees themed to Bluey and Monsters, Inc., plus a Hallmark tree. Returning favorites include Frozen, Toy Story, Star Wars and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Where to get a map: Brochure racks and shops around the district, including The LEGO Store and The Polite Pig.
Santa at Disney Springs
Fan sites report that Santa is there from November 11 through December 24. We couldn't confirm this on Disney's own site, so check Disney Springs before you promise the kids.
How to plan your visit
- Go in the late afternoon. See the trees in daylight, then again when they're lit.
- Parking is free, and Disney Springs has garages, but expect them to fill up on December weekends.
- Book dinner ahead. Holiday weeks fill up quickly.
- Allow a couple of hours for the whole stroll, or longer with little kids.
Pair it with
- A holiday fireworks helicopter tour, a splurge that flies over Disney Springs and the parks on select nights.
- ICE! at Gaylord Palms, a few minutes away.
- Snow in Celebration, free and about 15 minutes away.
- Mini Moo Land or a Boggy Creek airboat tour, both 10% off through us, in Kissimmee during the day. (I'm Boggy Creek's marketing manager.)
More Disney: Jollywood Nights, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and EPCOT's Festival of the Holidays.
