How much does it cost to hire influencers for an Orlando attraction or tour?

A local creator with 5,000 to 15,000 average views usually charges about $70 to $210 for one TikTok video for an Orlando attraction, or $90 to $275 for an Instagram Reel. A creator averaging 50,000 views usually charges around $700 to $910. Comped tickets are usually on top.

Creator fees by audience size

Typical fee for one short-form video, by the creator's average views per video:

Average viewsTikTokInstagram ReelsYouTube Shorts
5K$70$90$105
10K$140$180$210
25K$350$455$525
50K$700$910$1,050
100K$1,400$1,820$2,100

Many small creators set a minimum fee, so very small accounts can cost more than the per-view math suggests.

What drives creator rates for attractions

Attractions and tours sit at the lower-middle of published creator rates, close to general lifestyle content. Orlando has a lot of things-to-do and family creators, and an experience is easy to film well.

Comped tickets are part of most deals. For a family creator that can mean four or five tickets, which is real value on top of any fee.

What changes the price

Family creators bring the whole family

Family and mom creators are a natural fit for attractions. Budget for their group's tickets as part of the cost.

Tourists vs locals

Theme-park-area attractions want viewers who are planning an Orlando trip. Local experiences like airboat tours, escape rooms and food halls do well with locals looking for something to do this weekend. Pick creators to match.

Season and timing

Spring break, summer and Halloween are busy for both creators and attractions. Book creators a few weeks ahead for those windows.

Filming rules

Some rides and shows can't be filmed. Tell creators what they can film before the visit so the video isn't missing the best part.

Example: a three-creator campaign

An airboat tour outside Orlando invites three creators in the month before spring break.

Plus the comped tickets. Spreading three creators across different audiences (locals, families, trip planners) shows you which audience actually books.

Common questions

Do Orlando creators visit attractions for free tickets?
Many smaller creators will, especially family accounts. For a post on an agreed date, or with larger creators, expect a fee on top of the tickets.
What kind of creator works best for an attraction?
Match the creator to who buys your tickets. Family creators for family attractions, travel creators for trip planners, local things-to-do accounts for weekend experiences.
How far ahead should we book creators?
A few weeks is usually enough. Allow more for spring break, summer and Halloween, when creators get more invitations.
Do you guarantee ticket sales?
No. We price from each creator's typical views and commit to what we control: which creators visit and post, the videos they deliver, and when. Tracked links and offer codes show what each one sells.

How we calculate these numbers

Creator fee = average views per video ÷ 1,000 × the going rate per 1,000 views for the industry × a platform factor (TikTok 1×, Instagram Reels 1.3×, YouTube Shorts 1.5×). The rates per 1,000 views come from published creator pricing benchmarks and real marketplace booking data, and we use the same numbers to price creators in our own campaigns. They are typical market rates, not quotes from any one creator, and not a promise of views.

Rates and sources last reviewed October 2026. Published benchmarks disagree by 2× to 3× on exact numbers but agree on which industries cost more.
