How much does it cost to hire influencers for an Orlando hotel?
A local creator with 5,000 to 15,000 average views usually charges about $85 to $255 for one TikTok video for an Orlando hotel, or $110 to $330 for an Instagram Reel. A creator averaging 50,000 views usually charges around $850 to $1,105. The hosted stay is usually on top.
Creator fees by audience size
Typical fee for one short-form video, by the creator's average views per video:
| Average views | TikTok | Instagram Reels | YouTube Shorts |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5K | $85 | $110 | $130 |
| 10K | $170 | $220 | $255 |
| 25K | $425 | $555 | $640 |
| 50K | $850 | $1,105 | $1,275 |
| 100K | $1,700 | $2,210 | $2,550 |
Many small creators set a minimum fee, so very small accounts can cost more than the per-view math suggests.
What drives creator rates for hotels
Hotels pay more per view than most local businesses. Travel content runs about 10% to 25% above general lifestyle rates in published benchmarks, and hotel videos tend to be longer and more produced: rooms, pool, food, the neighborhood.
The hosted stay is usually on top of the fee. For small creators the stay can be most of the value; for established travel creators it rarely replaces a fee.
What changes the price
Where the creator's audience lives
For a hotel, a creator whose viewers live in the cities that book Orlando trips is worth more than a local account whose viewers already live here. For a staycation offer, local is the point.
Nights hosted
One night gets a quick video. Two nights usually gets more of the property and a better result. Each night is part of the real cost.
Usage rights for ads and your website
Hotels often want to reuse creator video in paid ads and on booking pages. That right costs extra and should be agreed in writing before the stay.
Instagram matters more for travel
Instagram Reels cost about 30% more per view than TikTok, but travel planning still happens heavily on Instagram, so most hotel campaigns include it.
Example: a three-creator campaign
A boutique hotel near Lake Nona hosts three creators across a month to push direct bookings.
| Creator | Platform | Average views | Typical fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local couples and staycation creator | TikTok | 6K | $100 |
| Florida travel creator | Instagram Reels | 18K | $400 |
| Family travel creator | TikTok | 40K | $680 |
| Creator fees | $1,180 |
Plus the hosted nights and any usage fee. Hotel campaigns usually take longer to schedule because stays have to fit both the creator's calendar and your occupancy.

How we calculate these numbers
Creator fee = average views per video ÷ 1,000 × the going rate per 1,000 views for the industry × a platform factor (TikTok 1×, Instagram Reels 1.3×, YouTube Shorts 1.5×). The rates per 1,000 views come from published creator pricing benchmarks and real marketplace booking data, and we use the same numbers to price creators in our own campaigns. They are typical market rates, not quotes from any one creator, and not a promise of views.
Rates and sources last reviewed October 2026. Published benchmarks disagree by 2× to 3× on exact numbers but agree on which industries cost more.
