How much do food influencers cost for an Orlando restaurant?

A local creator with 5,000 to 15,000 average views usually charges about $70 to $210 for one TikTok video for an Orlando restaurant, or $90 to $275 for an Instagram Reel. A creator averaging 50,000 views usually charges around $700 to $910. The hosted meal is usually on top.

Creator fees by audience size

Typical fee for one short-form video, by the creator's average views per video:

Average viewsTikTokInstagram ReelsYouTube Shorts
5K$70$90$105
10K$140$180$210
25K$350$455$525
50K$700$910$1,050
100K$1,400$1,820$2,100

Many small creators set a minimum fee, so very small accounts can cost more than the per-view math suggests.

What drives creator rates for restaurants

Food sits in the middle of published creator rates. It costs less per view than beauty, wellness or hotels, and about the same as general lifestyle content.

Restaurants also have something most businesses don't: the meal itself. A hosted visit is part of almost every food creator deal, so the cash fee for a small creator is often lower than for an attraction or hotel.

What changes the price

Hosted meal plus a fee, or the meal alone

Many smaller food creators will visit for a hosted meal and post without a fee. It's cheaper but less predictable: posting is up to them and timing is loose. A paid fee gets you an agreed video and date.

Local audience beats big numbers

A food account with 8,000 Orlando followers can fill more tables than a national account with 200,000 followers spread across the country. Ask where a creator's viewers live.

Reels or TikTok

Instagram Reels cost more per view than TikTok, but Orlando diners still search Instagram for places to eat. Many restaurants use one of each.

Using the video in your own ads

If you want to run the creator's video as a paid ad or on your menu screens, expect an extra usage fee. Agree on it before filming.

Example: a three-creator campaign

A new brunch spot in Winter Park wants three local food creators to post in the same two weeks.

Mid-size Orlando food creatorTikTok12K$170

Plus the hosted meals. Three creators posting close together usually gives you more to judge than one bigger post: different audiences, and three videos to compare.

Common questions

Will Orlando food bloggers post for a free meal?
Some will, mostly smaller accounts. It's a fair trade for a soft opening or a new menu, but a free meal doesn't guarantee a post or a date. For a launch you need on a schedule, pay a fee.
How much should a restaurant budget for a first creator campaign?
Using the rates above, three small to mid-size local creators usually cost a few hundred dollars in creator fees plus the hosted meals. Start there, see which videos bring people in, then repeat with the creators who worked.
Is TikTok or Instagram better for restaurants?
Both work for food. TikTok usually costs less per view. Instagram is where many locals look up a restaurant before going. A mix of the two is common.
Do you guarantee covers or views?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee either. We price from each creator's typical views and commit only to what we control: which creators post, the videos they deliver, and when.

How we calculate these numbers

Creator fee = average views per video ÷ 1,000 × the going rate per 1,000 views for the industry × a platform factor (TikTok 1×, Instagram Reels 1.3×, YouTube Shorts 1.5×). The rates per 1,000 views come from published creator pricing benchmarks and real marketplace booking data, and we use the same numbers to price creators in our own campaigns. They are typical market rates, not quotes from any one creator, and not a promise of views.

Rates and sources last reviewed October 2026. Published benchmarks disagree by 2× to 3× on exact numbers but agree on which industries cost more.
