How much does it cost to hire influencers for an Orlando med spa?

A local creator with 5,000 to 15,000 average views usually charges about $80 to $240 for one TikTok video for an Orlando med spa, or $105 to $310 for an Instagram Reel. A creator averaging 50,000 views usually charges around $800 to $1,040. The comped treatment is usually on top, and for a small creator it's often worth more than the fee.

Creator fees by audience size

Typical fee for one short-form video, by the creator's average views per video:

Average viewsTikTokInstagram ReelsYouTube Shorts
5K$80$105$120
10K$160$210$240
25K$400$520$600
50K$800$1,040$1,200
100K$1,600$2,080$2,400

Many small creators set a minimum fee, so very small accounts can cost more than the per-view math suggests.

What drives creator rates for med spas

Wellness costs more per view than food or attractions. Published benchmarks put it 10% to 20% above general lifestyle content.

The bigger cost for a med spa is usually the treatment, not the fee. A small creator might charge less than a single syringe of filler is worth. That's why so many med spa deals are a comped treatment plus a modest fee, or the treatment alone.

A med spa post is also an ad for a medical service. That means more care up front: who performed the treatment, what the creator can say about results, and how the post is disclosed. It adds a review step most restaurants never need.

What changes the price

Which treatment you comp

A facial or IV drip is a light ask. Tox, filler or a laser series is worth far more, so creators treat it as most of the payment. Decide the treatment before you talk fees, because it changes the whole number.

What the creator is allowed to say

The creator can talk about what they actually experienced. They can't promise results or make medical claims the practice couldn't back up itself. Florida's medical advertising rule bans false or misleading claims and unjustified expectations of results, so hold paid creator content to the same standard. Write the do's and don'ts into the brief.

Results take time

Many injectables and skin treatments don't show their final result for days or weeks. Plan a first video about the visit and a follow-up once the result settles, and pay for both if you want both.

Disclosure

A comped treatment counts as payment under FTC rules, so the post needs a clear disclosure like #ad or "hosted by" where people will see it, not buried at the end of the caption. Paid or comped, the rule is the same.

Instagram first

Aesthetics shoppers research on Instagram. Reels cost about 30% more per view than TikTok, but most med spa campaigns lean on them anyway.

Example: a three-creator campaign

A med spa in Dr. Phillips brings on a new injector and wants three local creators to show the first visit.

CreatorPlatformAverage viewsTypical fee
Local beauty creatorTikTok4K$65
Orlando lifestyle creatorInstagram Reels10K$210

Creator fees$690

Plus the three comped treatments, which in this kind of campaign usually cost the practice more than the fees do. Budget a follow-up post for each creator once results show.

Common questions

Can creators post before-and-after photos?
Yes, if they're the creator's own real result and nothing is edited or exaggerated. The practice should approve the images and the wording before anything goes up. Avoid captions that suggest everyone gets the same result.
Do comped treatments have to be disclosed?
Yes. Under FTC rules a free treatment is a material connection, same as cash. The creator should say it plainly in the video or at the top of the caption.
Is a free treatment enough to pay an Orlando creator?
For many smaller beauty and wellness creators, yes, especially for a higher-value treatment. Larger creators usually want a fee on top. Either way, agree in writing on the videos, dates and what can be said.
What about patient privacy?
The creator is sharing their own experience by choice, so it isn't patient data the practice is releasing. If the practice wants to repost the content or use it in ads, get the creator's written permission first.
Do you guarantee consultations?
No. We price from each creator's typical views and commit to what we control: which creators come in and post, the videos they deliver, and when. Each creator gets a tracked booking link so you can see what they bring in.

How we calculate these numbers

Creator fee = average views per video ÷ 1,000 × the going rate per 1,000 views for the industry × a platform factor (TikTok 1×, Instagram Reels 1.3×, YouTube Shorts 1.5×). The rates per 1,000 views come from published creator pricing benchmarks and real marketplace booking data, and we use the same numbers to price creators in our own campaigns. They are typical market rates, not quotes from any one creator, and not a promise of views.

Rates and sources last reviewed October 2026. Published benchmarks disagree by 2× to 3× on exact numbers but agree on which industries cost more.
