Google Ads management

Google Ads that answer one question: did it bring in customers?

We set up or rebuild your Google Ads account, make sure it counts real bookings, sales and calls, and manage it every week. You get a short monthly report in plain English.

What's included

What we do in your account.

Tracking first

Before we spend more of your money, we check what Google is counting as a conversion. Many accounts count page views or button clicks as sales. We set it up so the number in Google Ads matches your real bookings, purchases or calls.

A clean account

Campaigns built around what you sell and where your customers are. We add negative keywords so you stop paying for searches that were never going to buy, like competitor names or jobs you don't do.

Weekly tuning and a monthly report

Budgets, bids, search terms, ads and locations get reviewed every week. Once a month you get a one-page report: what you spent, what came back, and what we are changing next.

If you already run ads, we review the account and tracking and tell you what we find, whether or not you hire us.

03

04

Build or rebuild

Campaigns, keywords, negatives, ads and location targeting.

05

From our own work

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures: fixing what Google Ads was counting.

We have managed Google Ads for Boggy Creek, an airboat tour and attraction in Kissimmee, since July 2024. The account we inherited counted things like checkout starts and contact clicks as conversions, so Google Ads reported far less ticket revenue than Google Analytics showed.

We rebuilt the campaign structure, added negative keywords for other attractions people search for, tightened location targeting, and set completed purchases as the main conversion. Now Google Ads and Google Analytics agree on what the ads bring in.

From our own work

Local service businesses: home care and well drilling.

We run Google Ads for Supporting Independence, a family-owned home care agency in Maitland, and are setting up ads for Dunham Well Drilling in Polk County. For businesses like these a good lead is a phone call or a form, so that is what we track.

Good fit

Who this works for.

Businesses where people search before they buy: attractions and tours, restaurants, home services, healthcare and wellness, contractors. You need a way to take bookings, calls or quote requests, and a budget you can keep running for at least a few months. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our fee.

Questions

Questions about Google Ads.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?
It depends on how many people search for what you sell and what a customer is worth to you. We give you a starting budget on the first call, based on your area and keywords, and adjust once there is real data.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee clicks or sales from ads. We commit to clean tracking, weekly management, and an honest report that shows what came back for what you spent.
Who owns the account?
You do. The account is in your name and billed to your card. We get manager access. If you leave, everything stays with you.
I already run ads myself. Can you just look at them?
Yes. We start with an audit of the account and tracking. If it is in good shape we will tell you that.
Do you do Facebook and Instagram ads too?
Yes, mostly using creator content that already did well as a normal post. See creator visits.
