Orlando takes mini golf more seriously than most places: waterfalls, pirate ships, live alligators and glow-in-the-dark movie sets. Here's where to play, based on who's with you.
The quick pick
- Best all-around: Pirate's Cove on International Drive.
- Best at night: Hollywood Drive-In Golf at Universal CityWalk.
- Best with alligators: Congo River Golf.
- Closest to the Disney area: Bonanza Golf in Kissimmee.
Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf
Two 18-hole courses, the Captain's Course and Blackbeard's Challenge, at 8501 International Drive. Play one, or both for 36 holes. Orlando Weekly readers voted it the city's best mini golf in 2025. See Pirate's Cove tickets.
Hollywood Drive-In Golf
Two 18-hole courses themed to 1950s horror and sci-fi movies at Universal CityWalk, with special effects and scenes you putt through. It's lit with neon, so it works after dark, and you don't need a theme park ticket. CityWalk parking is separate, so check the current rate. See Hollywood Drive-In tickets.
Congo River Golf
This is the answer if you searched for mini golf with alligators. Ticket sellers list live gators you can feed as a paid add-on. The Orlando-area courses are at 5901 International Drive and 12193 E Colonial Drive. Buy tickets from Congo River directly and confirm gator feeding before you go.
Bonanza Golf and Gifts
Two 18-hole courses with an Old West theme and an 80-foot waterfall, plus a big gift shop, at 7761 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee. It's minutes from Walt Disney World, so it's an easy night off from the parks. See Bonanza Golf tickets.
Also worth knowing
- Disney: Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland are Disney's own courses. Check Disney's site for what's open.
- Rain: Dezerland Park on I-Drive has indoor mini golf, along with go-karts and a car museum.
Tips
- Go after dark in summer. The courses are outdoors, and evenings are much cooler.
- Bring water and sunscreen by day. A round usually takes about an hour.
- Decide on 18 or 36 first. Kids often run out of steam after one course.
