What can come down

Reviews that break Google's rules.

Google removes reviews that violate its content policy. These are the kinds we see most, and they're the ones we report.

Not a real customer

Google's rules ban reviews that aren't based on a real experience. If someone isn't in your bookings, sales or messages, we report it with what your records show.

Competitors, ex-employees and relatives

Reviews from people with a conflict of interest break Google's rules, whether they're a rival business, a former employee or someone related to one.

Fake bursts and repeat posts

A sudden wave of one-star reviews, or the same text posted from several accounts, is rating manipulation. We report the whole pattern together.

Harassment, threats and personal details

Reviews that threaten, insult or name your staff with private details, or accuse you of a crime without support, can be removed.

Off-topic, spam and gibberish

Political rants, ads, links, reviews meant for a different business, and text that makes no sense are all against the rules.

Profanity and offensive content

Swearing used to insult, hate speech and explicit content are removed under Google's content policy.

Questions

Before you buy.

What if none of my reviews can be removed?
Then you get your $149 back. We check your reviews first, and if none of them break Google's rules, we tell you before filing anything and refund you in full.
Can you remove any Google review?
No, and nobody honest can. Google only removes reviews that break its policies. A real customer's negative review that follows the rules stays up. We tell you up front which of your reviews have a real chance and which don't.
How much does it cost?
$149, one time. That covers the audit, the removal requests and the appeals for all of your reviews. No per-review fees and no monthly charge.
Can I delete a bad review myself?
No. Business owners can't delete reviews. You can report them to Google from your Business Profile or the Reviews Management Tool, and Google decides.
How long does it take?
Google says evaluating a report typically takes several days. Appeals take longer, and Google doesn't publish a timeline for them.
What if Google says the review doesn't break the rules?
Each review gets one appeal. We file it with the strongest evidence we have, such as booking records that show the person was never a customer. If it still stays, we write a calm public reply you can post.
Do you contact or pressure the reviewer?
No. We never threaten reviewers, offer them anything or make false reports. Those tactics break Google's rules and federal rules on reviews, and they can backfire on your business.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. You add us as a Manager on your profile, which Google requires to file removal requests. You stay the owner and can remove us any time.
