Free Christmas events in Kissimmee
Festival of Lights Parade
Kissimmee's holiday parade runs through historic downtown. The city's page describes a holiday festival at City Hall (101 Church St) from 4 to 7 PM and a parade at 7:30 PM, with roads closing from 2 PM. It's free.
Check the 2026 date first. Listings conflict between December 12 and December 13, and we couldn't find it on the city's own page yet. Look at kissimmee.gov before you plan around it.
Holiday Nights at Sunset Walk
Free at the Promenade at Sunset Walk, 3251 Margaritaville Blvd, from 6 to 10 PM on select nights, November 19 to December 25. There's a nightly lighting of a 40-foot animated Christmas tree at 6:30 PM.

Now Snowing in Celebration
Soap-foam "snow" falls on Market Street nightly from late November through December 31. It's free, about 15 minutes from the Disney area. See snow in Orlando.

Christmas at Gaylord Palms
The biggest ticket in Kissimmee, November 13, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
- ICE! featuring The Polar Express, carved from ice in a room kept at 9°F, with ice slides. Parkas are provided.
- Snow Flow Mountain, with tubing on real frozen lanes (42 inch minimum height).
- A holiday stage show, Santa photos and gingerbread decorating.

Daytime Christmas plans in Kissimmee
- Bottle-feed a baby highland calf at Mini Moo Land, 10% off through us, then cuddle the highland cows. The calves were born this fall, so they'll still be small.

- A helicopter flight over Kissimmee, which passes Gaylord Palms and Old Town.

- Morning: Mini Moo Land and an airboat ride.
- Afternoon: Rest at the hotel. Evenings are the main event.
- Evening: ICE! at Gaylord Palms, or the free tree at Sunset Walk at 6:30 PM.
- Later: Snow in Celebration, which runs until about 9:30 PM.
